The pressing intensity is an important factor of HEADrang effect, but the most important factor is its duration of wear. It's more effective to gradually increase the duration rather than to increase the strength of the pressure.

In about 30-60 minutes after wearing the HEADrang, you can sense the pressure for your face to tingle, which cause the numbness of your sense to feel that the pressure has been decreased.

It is desirable to increase the duration from scratch, rather than to increase the strength of the pressure.
Be careful, however, not to use the pressure too strong.
